Internal mixer is a kind of machinery which has a pair of rotors with specific shape and relative rotation, which can intermittently plasticate and mix polymer materials in a closed state with adjustable temperature and pressure. It is mainly composed of mixing chamber, rotor, dust seal device, feeding and ram device, discharge device, transmission device and frame, etc. In October 1955, the first internal mixer in China was successfully developed by our company, and the largest 650lt internal mixer in China was developed by us. It can produce a full series of internal mixer, which is suitable for various rubber products. The R & D and machining technology means are leading in China, with a number of patent technologies. With the help of years of process technology accumulation and strong machining equipment, through the implementation of alloy wear resistance research and other technical breakthroughs, the product quality can be stabilized and improved.
