It is mainly composed of roller, frame, nip adjustment and transmission device, etc. Rubber compound is pulled into the roller nip under the action of friction force at different linear speeds between two opposite rotating rollers. Rubber compound is strongly sheared and squeezed through the roller nip, which makes compound temperature rise and plasticity increase, so as to achieve the purpose of rubber mixing. Mixing mill is a kind of rubber mixing equipment which was used earlier in rubber industry. It can be used as the downstream machine of internal mixer, feeding machine of calender etc. it is used in the operations of plasticating, mixing, sheeting, warm mixing, refining and cracking.

Product Features:
Roller is made of chilled cast iron in the form of hollow, drilled, full groove, partial groove, etc. In order to ensure the machining accuracy and quality, the roller and reducer are all made by our company.
There are three forms of roller nip adjustment: manual, electric and hydraulic. Hydraulic nip adjustment is our patented technology.
It can be equipped with pressure sensor system to directly display the working pressure and control the feeding amount. When the pressure is overloaded, it will stop automatically immediately and keep and print the peak pressure data.
