It is used for let-off, tensioning, building, potting, vulcanizing, cooling, cutting and wind-up of steel cord conveyor belt, and raw belt let-off, winding liner, potting and shaping, vulcanizing, stretching and shaping, cooling, cutting and wind-up of fabric cord conveyor belt, with the vulcanizing function for double belts.

Width of pressing plate: 1600mm ～ 3300mm
Length of pressing plate: 10000mm ～ 18000mm

The control system adopts imported PLC and HMI to form the central control system of the vulcanization production line, which can display the running status of the equipment in real time.
It can realize the single action and linkage requirements of the whole machine, meet the production requirements of two modes of steel cord belt and fabric cord belt, and the operation of the system is safe, stable and reliable.
