Fiber calendering auxiliary line
The linkage line used for one-time double-sided coating of fiber cord fabric is equipped with linkage auxiliary device for continuous gluing operation according to the requirements of coating process.
Product features:
The whole line is divided into six tension zones to ensure the normal operation and no deformation of the cord fabric. Tension sensor and control device are used in the front and rear tension area of the calender to realize closed-loop control.
The production line has compact structure, reasonable layout, convenient operation, stable speed operation and high degree of automation.
