The calender is mainly composed of roll, frame, roll nip adjusting device, drive device, lubrication system, temperature control system, calender accessory device and control system,etc. According to the process requirements, the calendering accuracy can be improved by means of axial crossing, prebending and preloading.

Product features:
The roll is hard and wear-resistant, with high manufacturing accuracy, stable roll surface temperature control and uniform distribution;
It has a variety of technical means to ensure the accuracy of products, such as roll crown, preloading, axial crossing, roll bending, etc
The roller surface and the Journal of the bearing are fixed and ground on a high-precision CNC grinder, and the roller has the geometric tolerance of micron level.
